The PAD Unit is the heart of many of the day-to-day operations that keep our Clubhouse thriving. No two days are exactly alike! Members and staff work side by side to plan events, create social media content, manage email communications, order supplies and lunch, track budgets and expenses, and support countless behind-the-scenes projects.

This collaborative unit gives members the opportunity to contribute in meaningful ways, develop confidence, and gain experience that can support their personal, educational, and employment goals.
